| Interactive Readers' Jury How many times have you seen offenders let off with a "slap on the wrist", while the harm to the victims and their families is immeasurable? Perhaps you feel, as we do, that many sentences are completely inappropriate, not punitive enough, or are simply ineffective. The READERS' JURY gives you the opportunity to hypothetically "Pass Sentence" on real-life cases that have already been tried. Cases are listed below. Whatever direction we take as an organization must be consensually agreed upon with you; just as with our CRIME OPINION SURVEY, the most recurring themes of justice you feed back to us will form the basis of lobbying or action that we pursue. We want your opinion on as little or as much of the case as you like, though the more comprehensive your explanation for sentencing the better. A new case will be added periodically.
